Shipping policy

Order Delivery
All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled and complete.

Delivered but Not Received
If tracking confirms delivery but the customer claims the package was not received, the customer is required to contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation:

  • USPS: 1-800-275-8777

  • UPS: 1-800-742-5877

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered, including but not limited to loss, theft, misdelivery, or packages stolen after delivery.

Shipping Insurance & Claims
All shipments are insured. In cases of suspected carrier error, a claim must be filed with USPS or UPS. Any refund or replacement consideration is solely at our discretion and only after the carrier has completed its investigation and issued a final determination.

  • Carrier claim approval does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

Address Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund, replacement, or store credit.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
Chargebacks or disputes filed for orders with confirmed delivery will be contested using carrier tracking, delivery confirmation, and this policy as evidence. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions, refusal of future service, and reporting to the appropriate payment processor.

Secure Delivery Recommendation
If a customer has a history of lost or stolen packages, we strongly recommend shipping to a secure location such as a workplace or controlled delivery address. We assume no liability for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
