All of our products are custom made to order. Due to the nature of custom and personalized items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom or made-to-order products.

Fragrance preferences are subjective, and variations in scent, color, or appearance are normal with handmade products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and original packaging.
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement.
